Davido Releases High-End Video for “Na Money”

Nigerian singer Davido has just dropped the official music video for his new single, “Na Money”, via YouTube on Monday, 18 December.

The catchy new song features Beninese-French singer Angelique Kidjo, and Nigerian sibling duo The Cavemen; and appears on Davido’s record-breaking fourth album, “Timeless”.

“Proud to present the official video for NA MONEY ft. @angeliquekidjo & @the.cavemen from the Grammy Nominated album Timeless. This entire album and journey has been so special we had to keep it going with a MOVIE [sic],” the 31-year-old hitmaker said via Instagram.

The LP, which includes other hit singles like “Unavailable (featuring Musa Keys)” and “Feels”, received a Grammy nomination for “Best World Album”.

To make sure the video properly reflected the African Folk tone with a luxurious flavour, the musicians and their director, Dammy Twitch, travelled to Paris, France. The superstars took full advantage of a stately manor as well as the picturesque streets nearby.

Davido has been keeping himself busy, as he also just appeared on a remix of Jamaican artist Teejay’s “Drift”, which blends West African with Caribbean styles.
